How to Overcome Fear Of The Dentist


Welcome to you on day nine, you're doing great, now you’ve got a dental practice identified, you’ve spoken to them, next, you are going to drive past it, perhaps, just stop outside and become familiar with it.

Take a drive, maybe with a friend if that helps and just have a little drive past your practice. If you're driving, go round and past it a few times if you are feeling nervous. If you need to, a walk past is just as good, if not better
